Ammo Inventory is a personal inventory tracking tool designed to help users keep track of their legally owned ammunition. You agree to use this app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Important: Ammo Inventory is an inventory tracking tool only. It does not facilitate the purchase, sale, or transfer of ammunition. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your ownership and use of any ammunition tracked in this app complies with all applicable laws.
The Ammo Inventory app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Brandon Wright and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
Ammo Inventory displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. By using the app you agree to the display of advertisements.
Ammo Inventory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandon Wright shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
